Cell Biology Education Has a New Name and a New Location!
Cell Biology Education—A Journal of Life Science Education (CBE) was launched in 2002 by the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB). With the Spring 2006 issue, the ASCB has changed the name of the journal to CBE—Life Sciences Education (CBE-LSE) to reflect better the breadth of its readership and the scope of its submissions. Like its predecessor, CBE—LSE is a free, quarterly online journal.
Beginning with the Spring 2006 issue, the journal will be hosted at HighWire Press rather than on the ASCB's own server. The ASCB is still the publisher of the journal.
The current issue of CBE-LSE is available. Click here to view it at HighWire Press.
The back content of CBE is also available at HighWire Press. Click here to view the new CBE-LSE homepage.
The Discussion Forums feature of CBE has been discontinued. Previously posted discussion threads will remain on the ASCB site and can be accessed here or with the Discussion Forums button at the top of the page.
Electronic Resources will remain on the ASCB site and can be accessed here or with the Electronic Resources button at the top of the page.
Instructions to Authors for CBE-LSE can be found here.
A list of the CBE-LSE Editorial Board can be found here.
We hope that you will be pleased with the new site and with the expanded scope of the journal. Questions or comments may be directed to cbe@ascb.org.
